Refunds

Request a refund

14 days, no questions asked

If Collie isn’t right for you, you get a full refund within 14 days of buying it, including any VAT you paid. You don’t need to give a reason, and it doesn’t matter whether you’ve already downloaded or activated it. This is a voluntary guarantee, on top of your rights under the law.

How to ask

Request a refund with the email you bought Collie with, or your license key. You get a one-time link at that address. Open it, press “Refund me”, and the refund is issued straight away. Telling me why is optional.

The money goes back to your original payment method. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 days. You also get a credit note that corrects your invoice.

What happens to your key

Your license ends when the refund is issued: the key is withdrawn and can’t be activated again. If you change your mind later, you’re welcome to buy Collie again.

After 14 days

If something is broken and I can’t fix it, write to me at kacper@getcollie.cloud. Your rights under consumer law (for example, if Collie doesn’t work as described) don’t end after 14 days.

Your right of withdrawal

At checkout you ask for Collie to be delivered right away and acknowledge that, once delivery starts, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. This refund guarantee gives you the same 14 days anyway, so you lose nothing. See the terms for details.
